Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the personalized nature of the product.

Production and delivery times will be provided at the time of order.

All designs and custom products created by Arema Arega are the property of Arema Arega and may not be replicated without permission.

Arema Arega is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, except to the extent permitted by law.

Refund Policy
1. General

Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and produced.
2. Exceptions

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

In such cases, photographic evidence of the damage or defect will be required.
3. Claim Procedure

Send an email with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product to arema.arega.fashion@gmail.com

We will review your claim and, if valid, will issue a replacement product at no additional cost.

Claims will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, the replacement for your product will arrive between 15 - 30 days after we have processed your claim.

4. Non-Refundable

Products designed and produced according to the customer's specifications are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect as mentioned above.
