This workshop is not based on theory or passive learning.


It is designed as a guided self-auditing process where participants actively observe, question, and restructure how they think, decide, and interact within a team.


At its core, the methodology introduces a critical shift:

Before improving performance, we must interrupt automatic behavior.

This is done through a structured pause:

  • a moment to stop, observe, and re-evaluate the forces influencing our decisions.
