4. Ordering
All custom orders are placed right here on our website.
Because each piece is made just for you, orders can’t be changed or canceled once confirmed.
5. Production & Delivery
We’ll produce and ship your order according to the info you provide.
You’ll always see estimated production and delivery times during checkout - and we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.
6. Creative Rights
All designs and artworks by Arema Arega belong to Arema Arega.
Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell our creations without permission -they’re made with heart and artistry.
7. Liability
We always aim for excellence, but we can’t be responsible for things outside our control (like shipping delays or misuse of products).
That said, if there’s a real issue, we’ll do our best to make things right.
💌 Refund Policy
1. General
Since each product is made to order, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed and produced.
2. If Something Goes Wrong
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry - we’ll fix it.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
3. How to File a Claim
Just send us an email at arema.arega.fashion@gmail.com with your:

Photos showing the problem
We’ll review your claim, and if it’s valid, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Once approved, replacements usually arrive within 15–30 days after processing your claim.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Because everything is custom-made, we can’t offer refunds for correctly made products - only replacements for damaged or defective items.
