BRIEF INTRO TO THE TEAM BUILDING ROLES TOOL
The “Team Building Roles” page is an interactive self‑reflection and team analysis tool. It begins with a “Remove the Noise” section that users must interact with before dynamically revealing an indexed set of roles. Each role links to its own detailed page with structured descriptions (function, personality, tasks, impact, conditions, and absence effects). This format supports personal insight, team diagnostics, and professional development.
THE CREATION JOURNEY
One of the key points on my personal journey was finding the lack of self-auditing tools on educational spaces, where they usually have suggested or obligatory passes for most of the assessments, not inquiries that help us use our critical thinking to decide or innovate.
For example the professors or teachers mostly were using:
This is how you should do it.
instead of:
How do you think this should be done?
or even:
Do you have any other ideas or solutions for this?
They were assuming a standardized way of learning without allowing exploration or diversified roads to access and processing information, from there came this need of forging a pass for self-reflection and creativity, to open the door to the real dialogue, the one we should have with our other-self, who may be mostly silenced by objections from society structures, dogmas, and in general, rigid thinking.
My first BIG questions were:
What's my purpose?
What makes me feel happy and balanced?
And those became ONE core one:
What would I like to be doing now if my basic needs were covered?
With that question I remove the social and survival constraints to focus on my internal needs.

So I started for the things I will do for my self only:
I like to be at peace and in a harmonious environment.
I like to be creative. It can be music, writing, painting...
I like learning to understand things and people in a deeper way, to see the patterns that join them.
Then what I like doing for others:
Helping others to feel good with themselves.
Giving clases.
Then I combined both to create a mission that could also be a job:
Giving creative classes (music, writing, painting... ). Helping others to feel good with themselves, at peace and in a harmonious environment. Which will encourage my deepest need of understanding things and people, to see the patterns that join them into systems.
Yes, that should be the way to find our Roles in society:
First the internal needs
then connecting with the exterior needs
and after that our mission will be clear.
Breakdown of my answers into keywords to:
For myself:
Inner peace
Creating
Analyzing Data, Information and Patterns
Systematic thinking
For and with others:
Helping and caring
Education
Performing
Yes, some of the things that I do for myself can be considered also a profession and that's the beauty of starting from within to find balance in our everyday lives.

So finding the right ROLE that's aligned with our internal needs becomes the key to feel happy and balanced, that's why I created this page:
ROLES FOR TEAM BUILDING TOOL BREAKDOWN
"A self reflective tool to find our key roles within a team. Because team building is about finding collaborative harmony within a collective where everyone can shine and feel comfortable and useful."

REMOVE THE NOISE SECTION
The objective of this section is to create a clear internal space within the user to Explore the Roles and decide without external pressure, following their inner purpose first, to then match it with the different Roles. Both the Remove the Noise Steps and the Roles are dynamically rendered after user interaction.
The page above works as an index for the Role Pages.

Each one of them includes Information like:
Role Function
Associated personality

Key Phase of Project development
Key Tasks

Optimal state and conditions
